It is a typical house located in the old town near the cork forest and not far from the sea. It is completely renovated with sustainability criteria and feng shui, with traditional and natural materials and with LOVE. It has three floors. The main floor has an entrance hall, a full equipped kitchen, a toilet, a living room and terrace with nice views. Downstairs there is a loft room with wood and stone walls. There are two single beds and a sofa-bed. A door gives access to the courtyard where there is a barbecue, a fountain and the yew tree which gives the name to the house.
The upper floor is a loft with a double bed a futon for two people and a crib. There is a bathroom with a shower and a whasing machine. The electricity is from renewable source.
The house has a maximum capacity of 6 people.
Kitchen with fridge, oven, ceramic hob cooker, toaster, coffeemaker, electric mixer, citrus squeezer and all the necessary utensils. There is sugar, salt, oil , tea, and coffee.
A toilet and a bathroom with a shower, a whirlpool, a sink, a WC, and a bidet. There is a hair dryer, hair iron, soap, shampoo and towels.
